2000 - 2009 Selected Work

Much of the work during this period of time was done as a contract consultant to a well known local firm in Stellenbosch South Africa and to The Corporation of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), headquartered in Salt Lake City, USA. The Corporation of the LDS Church is one of the worlds largest developers with extensive work being carried out in all parts of the world.  Because of the size and scope of projects, most work was carried out by specialized teams familiar with building standards and guidelines in various parts of the world.  This decade is also largely characterized by the adoption and mastering of new technologies and standards now common place in the architectural world.

2008 - Five Star Hotel and Conference Venue - Stellenbosch

This project was done while working as a contract architect for the Dennis Moss Partnership.  The design conforms with the clients request that the building be “A Grand Old Lady”.  The facility nestled among the vineyards outside Stellenbosch is popular among European tourists and as a conference and wedding venue. 

2006 to 2009  - De Zalze, Stellenbosch South Africa

Houses in the popular De Zalze Winelands Estate designed in compliance with architectural guidelines.  The design approach ranges from traditional to contemporary.
